The company's employees have many years of experience in the field of working with bulk non-metallic materials. All the accumulated knowledge of the specialists was used to create a production complex for the enrichment and fractionation of magnetite or, as we call it, iron sand. Actually, the name of the company was coined from the term "iron sand". We have developed unique technologies and created equipment that has no analogues, which now works at the enterprise and allows us to supply domestic machine-building enterprises with the necessary raw materials.
Natural iron oxide has unique properties that change the quality of metal castings. Cooperation with specialized scientific institutes, as well as fruitful work with car building plants and foundries where the functional additive iron oxide is successfully used, allowed us to collect scientific and practical information on optimal compositions of molding mixtures, select the grain size, as well as confirm the improvement in the quality of castings and evaluate economic efficiency. In Russia, our company is the only manufacturer of iron oxide based on magnetite. This material is necessary for foundries and has already replaced imported analogues.
